How do I find what I am looking for?
If you know exactly what are you looking for, use our “search”
box. The “search” box can be found at the top right
corner of every page. Enter the name of the product, or the
category and we will show you a list of the products that match
your search. If you need more assistance navigating our site
please visit our first
time visitors page.
How do I place an order?
Simply click on “add to cart” on the particular
item and this will add the desired item to your shopping cart
. After placing an item in your shopping cart you may either
proceed to check out or continue shopping. You may also remove
any items anything in your basket at anytime by clicking on
“Remove” which is found underneath the item name
in your basket, and you can update the quantity of the item
you wish to purchase.
You may view your items in your shopping cart at anytime by
by clicking on the cute shopping stroller located on the top
fo each page. If you have any trouble ordering, please contact
us directly and we will gladly assist you.
What forms of payment are accepted
online?
We accept Visa, Master card, American Express, and Discover
Will Green Little Beans send an order
confirmation via email?
If you provide a working email address during order processing,
we will send you a email message confirming your order within
24 hours of placement.
What happened if the item is unavailable
and back-ordered?
If an item is not in stock due to high demand on popular items,
we will notify you immediately and give you an estimated time
available and date of shipment. When a backorder is placed,
you will have top priority in receiving your purchased items.
Your credit card is billed only when items are shipped.

How quickly will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 1 business day; standard UPS
Ground delivery takes 3-10 business days after order processing.
Next day delivery is currently not available.
Can I place an international order?
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping
addresses within the United States. For international orders

How can I receive more information

At the bottom of every page there is a signup for our newsletter

Every month we have items that are on special. Click

How can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact
us within one hour of placing your order. Once your order
has entered into our shipping process (which occurs one hour
after you submit your order) the only modification that can
be made is an address change. (Please note that there is a $10.00
fee for address changes.)
What size is the right size?
Please select the right size using our Green Little Beans apparel
size chart to ensure that your purchase will be the appropriate
fit.
How can I find out the status of my
order?
As soon as an order is shipped, you will receive your tracking
number via email where you can chck the status of your delivery.
Can I send items as gifts?
Gift wrapping is available for a small fee of $5.00

What do I do if I have a defective
item?
At Green Little Beans we take pride on the high standard
of quality of our clothing. We will always stand behind our
product when there is a defect and offer a full value refund
to our customers. Please contact
us to receive a Return Authorization Number and return it
to us by mail. We recommend shipping via a method that can be
tracked.

At this time, Green Little Beans does not have a printed catalog.
